Am I a addicted to coffee?

Am I? If I don't drink at least one cup of coffee a day I feel grumpy ( I know I know I am grumpy anyway Yailin ) but seriously, I drink like 3 to 4 cups a day so I guess that I need coffee to survive... throughout the day, bloody long day, so please guys I wanna read your thoughts and comments.

G'day all,

It's been such a boring day at work, I really don't like it but it pays the bills (at least some of them)
I came home chill out before doing other stuff (review my CCNA study book) and I listened to this song that is so cool, the band is called the Tea Party. I really like this band, I have a couple of CDs also. If you haven't heard them before take a look to this, they really awesome. Last thing I heard is that they're broke up but anyway, they are great band,

Hot day!

Today was such so freaking hot, I thought I was going to melt like an ice cream. I went out shopping after work to get some drinks and what thing I noticed it is that in the US people have an overweight problem. I never seen so many overweighted people in my life. There are number for reasons for this.
People have to change their dietary habits and have a more healthier life.

Probably lacking of motivation or time might be a reason but if this continues...

It's saturday night, I am at home, its been like 50 degrees today, it's been ages since I had a beer, I reckon I will have one tomorrow nite.
