I was reading this article in ironman; its about an ex-drug addict that ovecome addicton with execises. I always say that exercises are good; so far i am trying to run 12 miles a week!

David Carradine, one great actor, was found dead yesterday at his hotel room. It very sad news for all lovers of great movies such Kill Bill or the Kung Fu series.

Air france crash

It been sad news about the flight 447 Air France from Rio to Paris. I really hope they didn't suffer.
My condolences to the family and friends of crew and passengers.
